Susana Garcia – Facilitator and Coach
With 15 years’ sales and management experience in the international corporate world, Susana has an innate understanding of, and empathy with, the global clients she coaches. She works with multinational clients across North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Susana makes a difference by empowering senior managers to build and lead outstanding teams, Susana is enabling her clients to work more collaboratively and co-create new ways of working together. She is highly skilled at establishing a trust-based environments where she employs a number of powerful techniques that help clients tap into their potential, so they can start to think and act differently. Susana strongly believes that every human being is naturally resourceful and she is very talented at enabling her clients to discover the creativity and hidden talents they didn’t realise they had.
